Hinomoto farm tractors
Hinomoto was the tractor manufacturing brand of Toyosha, a well-known Japanese company with a long and rich history. Toyosha's roots go back as far as Denzou Tanoue's ploughs in 1863. The first Hinomoto tractor rolled out of its factory in the 1950s, and the company has since been able to deliver superior quality products that are not only used in the Japanese market but are also exported elsewhere. Hinomoto experienced a watershed moment when it was acquired by Hitachi Construction Machinery in 1990. This eventually resulted in the demise of the Hinomoto brand, which was replaced by Tierra in 1997. As a result, practically no Hinomoto tractors are currently being manufactured; however, the Tierra tractors are essentially the same as the Hinomoto ones. Over the course of its operations, the company was able to offer a total of 69 different tractor models that had powers ranging between 14 and 42 hp. Such a large number of tractor models offered by Hinomoto to its customers shows the company’s focus on delivering tractors of all types to various audiences. Some of the tractor models offered by Hinomoto included but were limited to C142, C144 and E144.
