Raba farm tractors
Raba started its business in 1930 as a truck and rail vehicles manufacturer more than 90 years ago. It was set up in Hungary and soon started producing farm tractors which were offered as low-cost alternatives to imported machines. After the outbreak of WW II, the company shifted its focus on the production of military equipment and excelled in the supply of high-quality items. A major turn of events took place in 1974 when Raba, in collaboration with the renowned US brand Steiger, returned to the tractor manufacturing segment. This partnership allowed both companies to offer their machines to interested customers until the 1990s. Raba excelled in the manufacturing of large-sized tractors that were meant to undergo challenging tasks with ease. During the course of its operations, Raba produced a total of 9 tractor models with powers ranging from 15 to 320 hp. This meant that the company targeted clients of all sizes and this was one of the reasons why it was able to survive in the business for so long. However, no Raba tractors are currently being produced and thus a very few operational machines of this brand can now be found. Some of the tractor models offered by Raba included but were not limited to 250, 300 and 350.
